Wildy stores account creation dates, connection IP addresses, game progress, and moderation records to operate the game and investigate abuse. Authorized staff can access these records. Approximate country information is derived from a local IP-to-country database or trusted connection metadata. IP addresses are not sent to a third-party lookup API. This is not a precise physical location.

Website sign-in uses an essential, short-lived session cookie. Optional website measurement records daily aggregate page and button counts with a campaign source. It does not store IP addresses, usernames, or persistent visitor identifiers in the analytics table. Do Not Track is respected.

Voting sites receive your username and an opaque callback token. Verified callbacks create reward records. The payment provider handles card details; Wildy stores product, amount, payment status, and delivery records. Card details do not pass through Wildy’s server.

Contact the Wildy owner through the official Discord for access or deletion requests. Some security and transaction records may need to be retained for operational obligations. This private beta is operated independently and is not affiliated with Jagex.
